Payments, Terms and Conditions
Payments to be made
to your Team Drive Instructor at the start of the lesson.
All Intensive Courses are payable in advance.
Cancellation Rules:
• Notice Period: We require 48 hours of notice to cancel a lesson. This is standard practice throughout UK Driving Instructors to protect the instructor's income.
• Late Fees: Canceling after the deadline usually incurs a full-price charge for the missed hour, which can be deducted automatically from any pre-paid block bookings.
• Illness and Emergencies: Individual instructors may use their discretion for a one-off illness or emergency.
• Unfit to Drive:
If an instructor decides a learner cannot drive safely due to tiredness, illness, alcohol, or drugs, they can cancel the lesson and charge the full fee.
Driving Test Cancellations:
• DVSA Notice Period: The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) requires 10 clear working days to change or cancel a driving test without losing the test fee.
• Test Booking Rules:
Instructors are legally restricted from booking, swapping, or managing practical driving tests on behalf of pupils under the updated DVSA regulations.

Based near Burnham on Sea, and covers Taunton to Weston-super-Mare and their surrounding areas along the M5 corridor.

With Graham's experience he listen's to his client's requirements and is happy to tailor the lesson achieving an agreed plan.
